Large Chinese famille-verte dish, early Kangxi (1662-1722), the centre with a jardinière on a stand containing peacock feathers, a ruyi sceptre, a branch of coral and a spray of flowers, interspersed by precious and scholar’s objects, the reverse with ribboned emblems and the base with a double footrim and a buddhist emblem mark; diameter: 13 5/8 in. (34.8 cm.); condition: neatly restored chip to underside of rim, and tiny hairline, tiny area of repainting
