Dutch delft blue and white charger, circa 1700, decorated in the Chinese 'transitional’ style with figures and an attendant within a fenced garden with stylised pine trees and flowering plants, the reverse with ‘AK’ in underglaze blue for Adrianous Kocks of De Grieksche A factory; condition: chips to rim diameter: 15 5/16 in. (39.5 cm.). With an old collector’s description dated 1734.
