Chinese Nankin blue and white sauceboat, Qianlong (1736-95), with applied loop handle and undulating rim, decorated to the interior with a landscape, with a lakeside house and fenced garden and a rocky outcrop with a tall pagoda in the background, the exterior body with boughs of flowering peony and moulded lines, the foot rim with diamond-pattern band.
