Chinese blue and white ‘minyao’ bowl in the Ming style, decorated to the exterior with tropical flowers amongst scrolling foliage above a band of ogee-topped lappets circling the foot, the slightly everted rim with double lines; the interior with two further sets of double circles and a single lingzhi to the centre of the well; the base with an archaistic square Qianlong seal mark in underglaze cobalt blue
