The elongated baluster body cut in diamond patterns throughout; the collar mount with chased acanthus leaves and scrolls, the hinged lid with acanthus leaves and finial, the handle and neck swags of bound bluebells with acanthus leaves at each end, struck on the interior lid and handle with maker's mark and workmaster's initials 'KL', 84 standard
