Rare Imperial Pair of 19c. Russian silver plates by Nicholas and Plinke, 1843, St Petersburg. The maker mark is Johann Frederick Falck, assay mark of Dmitriy Tverskoy.
This is a beautiful pare of silver plates from Alexander Nikolaevich service, later Tsar Alexander The Second (1818-1881), monogramed AN with Grand Duke Crown and Imperial Eagle opposite. On one of the plates, monogram and Imperial Eagle have been erased but still recognisable.
