Description

Pair of Chinese blue and white moulded teabowls and saucers, Kangxi (1662-1722), with gently scalloped rims, the teabowls decorated inside and out with swirling panels containing flowers issuing from rockwork, the saucers with further swirling floral panels to the rims and central roundels containing large peony heads surrounded by floral sprays and leafy sprigs

Dimensions:

Diameter of saucer: 13.3cm. (5 1/4 in.); height of teabowl: 5cm. (1 7/8 in.)

Condition:

One teabowl with tiny chip, one with small flake, both saucers with small chip; one with glaze hair crack to foot rim
