This Longines Calatrava style 7839 is dated by the paperwork to October 1969 and comes with that original warranty paperwork, manual and box.
Operating from a Calibre 284 this is a manual wind Longines Calatrava that has been beautifully preserved taking us back to the late 60's in both style and feel.
Approximately 35mm stainless steel case that will show some minor marks, scratches, wear and tear however certainly nothing significant and can be polished if requested although we see if value and beauty in it left alone.
Silver sunburst style dial, bold baton hour markers and clear 3,6,9 and 12. Original steel crown and plastic glass. Silver matching hands that show some natural discolouration.
Fitted to a generic black leather strap and buckle.
Having passed through our workshop the watch is running fine and is a guaranteed to that effect.
Our View - A wonderful example of what a real classic vintage watch can be at under £700.00!
