The Breitling Navitimer reference 1806 packs a punch with its 48mm stainless steel case.
This piece was made for the Iraqi Air Force and has the wings insignia on the dial instead of the Breitling logo and also the Iraqi insignia on the case back.
On our example the tropical dial has browned especially around the lume markers.
The crystal has crazed in parts and we kept it as is. We feel it adds to the look and style of this behemoth.
Faded orange hands add to the sporty vintage charm of this piece.
An unusual and quirky 70s look, the pushers are on the right hand side and the crown is on the left.
Inside beats the Breitling calibre 12 automatic chronograph movement.
It has been thoroughly inspected by our watchmaker, is fully functioning and keeping good time.
