An exceptional Diamond, Natural Pearl and Emerald high carat (tested) yellow gold cluster ring. Centrally raised claw set with an Old Cut Diamond, surrounded by six fine Natural Pearls and six "closed back set" Emeralds with an engraved spilt shoulder shank with a scrolling foliate overlay design to each side.
