Description
Chinese porcelain moulded bowl, possibly 18th century, mounted as an inkwell, the exterior of the bowl with moulded fretwork with panels of figures in various pursuits, the ormolu inkwell with a finely chased pattern and containing two inkwells and pen holders, the base with an underglaze blue Chenghua six-character reign mark within a double circle.
Diameter: 18.6cm. (7 5/16in.); height: 12cm. (4 3/4in.).
Condition:
Firing crack to rim, condition not checked under the mounts
