Of high shouldered cylindrical form finely painted and decorated with the inscription:

CHELID:MAYOR
set in an elaborately decorated cartouche painted in underglaze blue with, above the inscription a vase of flowers supported on each side by two peacocks and below the head and shoulders of a man with garlands and swags on either side, the shoulder and foot moulded, the interior and the base glazed, the footrim unglazed.
