A CHINESE FAMILLE VERTE KENDI, KANGXI (1662 – 1722)

Description
On a flat base, the bulbous body with lotus leaf moulding in low relief, the tall neck terminating in a wide mouth moulded into the shape of an open lotus flower, the pouring spout moulded as a lotus bud, with a further band of petals around the base, the body and neck decorated with flower sprays in famille verte enamels.
