In our view, this is one of the most underappreciated models to ever be launched by Rolex over the years and the fact that it is now discontinued makes it even more appealing to us. The watch is presented in excellent working order and is accompanied by its inner and outer boxes, two manuals, wallet, Rolex warranty card dated December 2013 as well as a Rolex service card from 2019.
This Rolex Milgauss, model 116400GV, features a 40mm stainless steel case, domed polished bezel, black dial with baton hour markers and luminescent hands to match, the striking orange thunderbolt seconds hand and a tinted sapphire crystal which has the tinniest mark at 6 o'clock which can barely be visible with a naked eye.
The watch operates from an automatic movement, caliber 3131, providing a maximum power reserve of up to 48 hours. Water-resistant to 100m.
The watch is fitted to a full length (1 link taken out as per pictures) Rolex Oyster bracelet with a folding clasp.
