This Omega Constellation Day Date 168.029 is a fine example of a 70's Omega. Operating from the iconic Caliber 751 by Omega this Automatic watch looks, feels and works just as it should.
35mm stainless steel cushion shaped case with fluted white gold bezel. Grey / Silver dial that appears not to have aged much at all over the last 50 years. Silver stick or baton hour markers to match the hands and the day and date window at 3.
This constellation day date appears to have its original crown and plexiglass shows no marks or scratches. We have left the case original with just a clean and light polish by hand in places. With minor marks as you would expect of a vintage watch such as this however certainly nothing significant.
Fitted to a later Omega bracelet and clasp to fit a wrist to 17.5 cm.
Having passed through our workshop the watch is in fine working order running at around +15 seconds per day. Can be serviced at additional cost upon request if required.
Our View -This Gerald Genta designed watch is as timeless as it is iconic, a wonderful piece of history in such excellent condition
