Description
Japanese blue and white plate, circa 1700, decorated to the central roundel with a censer containing a floral arrangement of seed pods, peony and prunus, with one bird perching and another flying overhead, in a garden with two lingzhi growing on grassy banks, the rim with four large stylised lotus heads against a scrolling foliate ground.
Condition: Two flat chips to the reverse
