Chunky deep pear shaped rose cut diamond surrounded by a row of rose cut diamonds heart shaped, rose cut diamond crown to top, rose diamond pendant loop. All closed set in silver with gold back. Notice domed back with scallop shell design. Heart 15mm x 11.7mm. Total length 30mm. English circa 1730.
