Description
Famille verte mustard cup and cover with metal mounts, mid-Kangxi (1662-1722), decorated in enamels to the body with blooming chrysanthemum and daisies, with insects and a bird in flight, a band of green stippled ground with lotus, peony and butterflies above, the lid with finely painted spray of blossom and band of green stippled ground, the foot with a band of stiff leaves in iron red.

Condition: Loss of enamels to base of the pot and small break in metal mount around rim of lid
