Description
A Belle Époque diamond brooch, set with a cushion shaped old-cut diamond, in the centre, weighing approximately 1.82 carat, in our opinion the colour is I-J, with a surrounding cluster of ten old-cut diamonds, with an approximate total weight of 2.30 carats, in claw settings, bordered by a garland of ribbons, leaves and buds, with single old-cut diamonds, in claw settings, set above, below and either side, with a total weight of approximately 1.60 carat, in grain settings, with millegrain edges, mounted in platinum, with a removable gold pin, with a roller catch fitting and a dropping loop, for a pendant attachment, circa 1910. The approximate total weight is 6.00 carats.
