Fine and rare Antique Cartier love brooch with Celtic clasp design representing entwined love with white enamel, cabochon rubies all set in 18ct yellow gold and old European transitional cut diamonds milgrain in platinum. French gold marks, signed Cartier Paris Serial number 6396,also engraved Londres New York. 25mm x 13mm. Excellent condition with minimal expected wear to enamel. Original green Cartier box.
