Description
An exceptionally fine 18 Ct. Yellow Gold and Silver tipped (tested) Diamond and Sapphire Brooch in the form of an insect, Collet set with a lovely Cushion Cut Natural Sapphire This beautiful brooch is accompanied by a an independent report assessing the Sapphire to be of 0.76 Carats and of Burma origin, with no evidence of treatment assessed. The brooch is also set with a fine "Old Pear" shaped Diamond assessed as being of 1.00 Carat, H Colour and SI3 Clarity. The double wings and set with a further 0.30 carats of Rose Cut Diamonds, all on a Yellow Gold Pin with a Brooch pin and fitting.
Untreated Sapphires are extremely scarce.
