Natural Pearl head with ruby set eyes. 3 dimensional bug pave set old material emeralds 1.62cts with a row of quality high rose cut diamonds down each wing and to top of the thorax.9mm natural pearl that has a natural line to the centre which has been cleverly incorporated into the design. Fine goldsmith work too head, anten, legs and belly all engraved creating depth and movement. 60mm long 17mm wide x 10mm deep. French gold hallmarks circa 1860
