Pair of Japanese Imari saucers, early 18th century, each decorated with a central roundel in reserve containing a single floral sprig, the wide gently curving sides with three cloud-shaped cartouches in reserve containing flowers issuing from fenced flowerbeds, against a blue ground with large peony heads and scrolling gilt foliage.
