A modern fire opal and diamond fancy cluster ring, set with a large, oval cabochon-cut fire opal, of rich orange colour, with play of colour, weighing an estimated 18.00 carats, in a four claw setting, surrounded by a cluster of diamonds, in rub over settings, with a round brilliant-cut diamond, flanked by pear shaped diamonds, top and bottom and three, graduating, round brilliant-cut diamonds, flanked by pear shaped diamonds, either side, with an estimated total weight of 2.70 carats, on a wide, polished shank, mounted in platinum, stamped Pt900, numbered 2110 278.
