Description
A striking gem set, ‘DEAREST’ heart in 18ct yellow gold, the colour of ‘melt in the mouth ‘ butter, with multi gem stones ; Diamond, Emerald, Amethyst, Ruby, Sapphire, Topaz. The heart measures 39.8mm X 38.6mm. It opens to reveal a glass faced locket compartment. The front and back of it are polished gold with scratch wear, giving it a lovely soft, sheen. The gem stones are in good condition, and possess the ‘old cut’ faceting. They spell ‘Dearest’ in an acrostic fashion. The heart has no dints or dents. In original fitted box.
