Unique pear shaped emeralds (0.40cts) in various directions and heights to one side in 3 clar settings and 0.55cts of brilliant cut diamonds to the other side set in 4 claw 18ct gold. English circa 1960. Head size 16.5mm. Currently size Y (U.S 12.25) but easy to size to a petite finger too.
