Lovely old mine cushion cut sapphire 7mm x 4mm x 2mm with charming chunky old mine cut diamonds weighing 1.20cts with six rose cut diamond points all set in a handmade acid tested 18ct yellow gold carved scrolling design mount. Head size 7.5mm x 16mm. English circa 1870. Currently finger size K (U.S 5.5)
