A double silver medecine spoon it has two hinges which enables it to fold into one often found in military travel or for doc on travel it has superb hallmarks on each piece for Sheffield 1931 by the silversmith Robert & Belk it folds nicely and pierced work ,larger spoon is 7 c long by 4 c and the smaller one is 4 c altogether it’s 16 cm in length and weighs 48 grams
