Rose cut diamond snowflake to the centre milgrain set in platinum. Rose cut diamond boarder. Arabic numerals to dial with Cartier name. 24mm diameter. Gold trefoil to top hung off geometric brooch detailing a blue enamel forget-me-not diamond to centre.
