Description
A very classic Sapphire & Diamond Three Stone Ring mounted in 18 Carat Yellow Gold & Platinum (stamped), centrally ten 'Raised Claw Set' with a fine Oval Natural Sapphire which has a slight Lavender tint, of 3.42 Carats, indication of Moderate Thermal Enhancement, supported by two Diamonds (one to either side), the Diamonds are assessed as being 'Round Brilliant Cut' Diamonds of 0.80 Carats, F - I Colour, SI1 Clarity.
The ring is accompanied by an Independent Gemmological Report confirming the above assessment.
It should be noted that slightly treated or moderately treated Sapphires are often commensurate with Gems produced in Jewellery manufactured post 1915.
