Become a Dealer at Grays
Grays consists of two sites, which house 200 specialist antique dealers. Grays is at the epicentre of antique dealing and just a mere stone’s throw away from every leading auction house in London.
Both sites offer a unique trade environment, and provide an ideal opportunity to acquire cost effective retail space in the heart of one of the most prestigious and expensive areas in Central London.
Licence fees start from £500 + VAT per month for a small stand on the Davies Street site, and £60 + VAT for a glass showcase cabinet in the Mews. All business rates are inclusive of the monthly fee, so that managing monthly expenditure is simplified.
Grays is well promoted via placed advertising, and have a dedicated in-house PR and Marketing department. Dealers also have access to free wireless broadband and a fully serviced, promoted website, where each dealer has a dedicated page. Grays also offers reduced advertising deals and foundation marketing support for all dealers.

‘So many professional dealers under one roof give a choice no street of shops can offer and the dealer has a retail outlet for a mere fraction of the costs of running a shop. Low overheads can be passed on to the customer in competitive pricing. You would be lucky to rent a small shop anywhere in Mayfair for £2000 a week, but at Grays you have the choice of a West End selling price for £200 a week … with all the mundane chores of cleaning, security and marketing thrown in.. the location is a dream’
David Moss, Antique Trade Gazette
‘Where else can one trade in the West End of London at a reasonable rent, with good security and access to an international clientele?’
‘The lower your overheads the more competitive you can be’
Johnny Waschsman, Pieces of Time
